Your whole premise is a mismatch of bad ideas and outright hatred. Had a liberal president launched a war on Iraq based on intelligence that EVERYONE AT THE TIME THOUGHT WAS LEGIT would you still think he/she was lying? Dozens of liberal senators said the same thing that Bush and Cheney were saying, where is your reprimand of them? And I don't want to hear that Bush was the source of the data, and the senators were lied to like us, this is a childish argument based on the premise that senators have no access to original sources, which they do.
Also, if our security is such a joke why has there not been a single attack since 9/11? The caution you make fun of when talking about busting the London plot is the exact reason no more lives have been lost on American soil. The hatred you show for SUV's and the like is also childish and misguided. What you are lampooning is the American life, that people here are free to live however they want irrespective of what you or any other nation thinks. But I will side with you on the need for energy independence, but that is hardly a reason to talk detrimentally of citizens driving big cars, did the thought that our Congress has not allowed any type of exploration for oil here cross your mind?
I am not defending Republicans or trying to harm Democrats, I am trying to show you that you are allowing your hatred of Bush fog your judgement. I disagree with Bush's idiotic immigration policies and the spending that has run this nation into the ground, but I don't think it is fair to go on a rant like you did about something so universially applicable. In that I mean a huge majority thought Saddam was a problem, and it wasn't until this war started taking longer than 1 year to finish up that people jumped ship.
